Salma Hayek is celebrating her stepdaughter Mathilde Pinault's 23rd birthday!

In an Instagram post on Tuesday, the actress, 57, shared photos of the two on a boat and a sweet image of the birthday girl with her father, François-Henri Pinault.

"Happy Birthday Tildie Tildie Tildie, we love you and are so proud of the woman you've become. ❤️ @mathildepinault," Hayek captioned the post. Mathilde became Hayek's stepdaughter after Hayek and Pinault, 61, tied the knot in Paris in 2009.

The French businessman shares Mathilde and son François with ex Dorothée Lepère, with whom he was married from 1996 to 2004. He also shares son Augustin with ex Linda Evangelista. Pinault and Hayek welcomed their first child together, daughter Valentina, in 2007.

While speaking with Paris Match in 2022, Mathilde credited Hayek as being someone who has helped her in "everyday life."

“She has a flame that calms me," Mathilde told the outlet. "It helps me in my everyday life. She teaches me to keep a sense of priorities. I have already accompanied her on film shoots. I was able to observe how she managed her schedule, how she learned her texts at night. She guides me in a very pragmatic way to face difficulty after difficulty.”

Hayek told Page Six in December 2022 that she and Pinault have focused on raising their kids to be grounded.

"My kids are humble," she told the outlet. "I don't know how I did it, but I think that what was great is that they have a big spectrum of things."

"So for Christmas, I like them to open millions of presents, but some of them are very small and meaningful, some of them are very silly and playful and then they get one or two really nice ones," added Hayek.

Having a similar mindset to Pinault is something that has made their marriage stronger. Hayek explained during a Red Table Talk episode in June 2021 that the two have "never said anything nasty to each other."
