All Saints Superfest returns for 36th year this weekend at St. Joseph Catholic Church

A "Celebration of More Good Times" is planned this weekend as the All Saints Superfest returns for its 36th year Friday through Sunday at the St. Joseph Catholic Church grounds.

The festival, hosted by all three Battle Creek Catholic parishes, consists of games, rides, food and live entertainment.

Authentic Burmese and Hispanic cuisine will be available, along with food from the St. Lawrence Grill Team and other local vendors.

Battle Creek's Ada LeAnn performs last Monday on NBC's 'American Song Contest'. After singing her original song 'Natalie', the Lakeview High School student advanced to the semifinals of the competition show.

Lakeview student Ada LeAnn, a semifinalist on NBC's "American Song Contest" earlier this year, will perform at 7:30 p.m. Friday. Musicians Tony Field and Doug Decker will follow at 8:30 p.m., delivering Motown, R&B and Top 40 hits.

On Saturday, Denise Davis and The Motor City Sensations will perform Motown, blues and R&B music.

Admission is $1 per person and $5 for a family. Tickets for food, beverages, raffles and rides will be available for purchase on-site.

Since its inception, Superfest has generated more than $2 million for parish operating funds, officials said.
