During the outing, Baron Cohen walked behind Rock, 59, and opted for a low-key look featuring a collared shirt, black leather jacket, cargo pants and a navy New York Yankees cap. Rock, meanwhile, wore an all-gray suit, a navy top underneath and some brown dress shoes.

On April 5, Baron Cohen and Fisher, 48, announced on social media that had they "jointly filed to end [their] marriage" last year. The duo, who first met in 2001, welcomed two daughters and a son in 2007, 2010 and 2015, respectively.

After the couple shared the news of their divorce, a source told PEOPLE that Baron Cohen "had been talking to divorce lawyers in the summer of 2023," and that they had reached out to divorce lawyers "several years prior."

Days later, another source shared that Fisher and Baron Cohen "worked" well as a couple prior to the split announcement.

"They were certainly never your typical Hollywood couple," the source told PEOPLE. "Although they are both famous and rich, they have never acted snobby and stuck-up. In many ways, they were always an odd couple."

"It just worked for them though," they added. "[Isla] always found [Sacha] hilarious and didn't mind his quirky personality. Isla has always had his back."

Baron Cohen also recently made headlines after Rebel Wilson wrote in her new memoir Rebel Rising that she felt harassed and humiliated by the actor on the set of the 2016 movie The Brothers Grimsby. Baron Cohen vehemently denied the allegations.

A rep for the actor told PEOPLE, "While we appreciate the importance of speaking out, these demonstrably false claims are directly contradicted by extensive detailed evidence, including contemporaneous documents, film footage and eyewitness accounts from those present before, during and after the production of The Brothers Grimsby."

Prior to attending the SNL afterparty, the comedian and actor was also recently photographed on April 11 in New York, which marked his first time stepping out following the announcement of his and Fisher's split.
