Sabrina Carpenter Celebrated Her Birthday With a Bedazzled French Mani

So cute.

"I'm working late....'cause it's my birthday!" is how we'd imagine Sabrina Carpenter would sing her hit single "Espresso" during her 25th birthday party. You know a song is iconic when it becomes a meme, and you know a star is born when we wait with bated breath to see their style and beauty look for every occasion. Case in point: When Carpenter posted shots of her birthday party glam, of course we zoomed in on the beauty details—and couldn't help but notice her cute birthday nails.

On May 12, the newly 25-year-old shared an Instagram slideshow of her birthday party held in New York City with the caption of a simple yellow heart that matched her yellow dress. Speaking of, her stylist Jared Ellner revealed that it was inspired by Andie Anderson's iconic dress from the film How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days. (We're hoping this isn't a cryptic clue that she and beau Barry Keoghan are over!)

There's a lot to unpack, but first, her manicure. The singer paired her yellow mini dress with a sweet French manicure. The almond-shaped manicure had a classic French style and teeny little jewels placed uniquely on each nail.

With Carptener co-signing the nail look, it's official that French manicures are still going strong for summer. Over the weekend, Rihanna wore night-out-approved silver-chrome French tips, and Lily-Rose Depp styled the classic nails with an equally as chic Parisian look. Carpenter, however, isn't new to timeless nails. Earlier this year she donned cherry red French tips and wore a black French manicure to the Vanity Fair Oscars Party.

As for glam, the Emails I Can't Send singer stuck to her signature bouncy blow-out with ends that slightly curled up and face-framing layers with wispy bangs, courtesy of hairstylist Danielle Priano. Makeup artist Carolina Gonzalez did Carptener's makeup as usual, adding a stunning flushed glow with a subtle smoky eye and winger liner, finished with a nude pout. While we haven't yet gotten a full breakdown of her birthday beauty, Gonzalez shared with Byrdie earlier this year that the singer uses Armani products to achieve her perfectly pink cheeks and ethereal glow.
