Dr. Phil Jokes About Bruce Jenner’s Transition on ‘Kimmel': ‘You’re Almost 80, What’s the Point?’ (Video)
Dr. Phil McGraw joked about not getting an exclusive interview with Bruce Jenner while appearing on “Jimmy Kimmel Live” on Wednesday.
“It would be boring to talk to me about that,” McGraw said. “First off, I would just say, ‘Look, if it’s what you want to do, do it. What the hell does it matter what anybody else thinks?”‘
“That’d be the first thirty seconds,” McGraw continued. “I guess we’d spend the next hour and 59 minutes saying, ‘You’re almost 80. What’s the point?'”

McGraw went on to say that he has met Jenner, and the reality star “is a hell of a nice guy.” McGraw has done a number of exclusive interviews over the years, including a recent one with Bobbi Kristina Brown’s boyfriend, Nick Gordon.
Jenner will appear in a two-hour exclusive interview with Diane Sawyer on Friday. It is widely expected that the interview will serve as his official announcement that the Olympic gold medalist is transitioning from male to female.
