Brittny Gastineau, former star of E! reality series “The Gastineau Girls,” will host her own series on the live streaming video app Meerkat, beginning Monday.
“Sincerely Britt” will air live, with each 15-minute episode giving viewers an inside look at her jet-setting lifestyle. It is produced by Gastineau and Bettencourt Creative.
The partnership between Gastineau and Meerkat was structured by Alec Shankman, vice president of alternative programming and digital at Abrams Artists Agency, and Darren Bettencourt, Founder of The Representatives/Bettencourt Creative.
“Britt is a perfect match for the compelling new way Meerkat is redefining streaming entertainment,” Shankman said in a statment. “Abrams Artist Agency is always eager to explore inventive new opportunities for our clients outside of their traditional scope, and we think Britt’s fans are going to love what she’s doing in the digital arena.”
“I am thrilled to be one of the first to launch a live series on Meerkat. It’s exciting new territory, and it’s live so anything can happen,” said Gastineau.
“Sincerely Britt” premieres on Meerkat Monday, Aug. 24 at 4 p.m. ET.
