Ryan Seacrest Is Going to Extreme Measures to Vet New GFs After Aubrey Paige

Ryan Seacrest is back on the market, but he’s being extremely cautious about dating again, especially after his split from his girlfriend of three years, Aubrey Paige. It seems as though he has a major list of requirements for Miss Right, and he’s doing background checks to ensure everything is right.

“She must be young, pretty and ambitious to a point,” an insider said to Closer Weekly. Now, this makes sense, since all of his exes were ambitious and beautiful…and many were much younger than him. (Paige was over 20 years younger than him, Shayna Taylor was 17 years his junior, Julianne Hough was about 13 years his junior, and many flings are quite younger than him…. so there’s that).

But the big thing that has raised everyone’s eyebrows is that Seacrest is allegedly conducting actual background checks on every potential employee.

“Ryan’s insisting on background checks. He’s not proud about it, but he feels they’re necessary to protect himself,” the insider said, adding that there are a few red flags he’s looking out for. “Anything alarming in a person’s past, like lying about a job or a criminal conviction or lawsuit, would definitely be a deal-breaker. Just because someone said they graduated from Harvard doesn’t make it true. He wants it verified.”

After Seacrest and Paige broke up in early 2024, she was seen living her best life with her pals, while he has allegedly been focusing on his career, and apparently finding a new partner that fits all of his requirements.
