Ahead of its premiere, the actor appeared on 'Jimmy Kimmel Live!' where the two decided to perform a stunt of their own.

While Ryan Gosling is the star of the upcoming movie, his incredible stunt doubles are breaking the internet, and now everyone wants to learn how to do Hollywood stunts -- including Jimmy Kimmel.

In a segment on Jimmy Kimmel's late-night talk show, Gosling and Kimmel decided to attempt a beer bottle stunt, which may or may not have gone as planned. "I happen to have some very realistic-looking, labelless beer bottles," Kimmel said as he grabbed two bottles from behind his desk.

"Oh, this is great," Gosling replied. "Do you want to break one on my head?"

"Or you could break it on my head," Kimmel said. "Whatever you think."

"Want to do it at the same time?" Gosling asked, to which Kimmel agreed.

After discussing how the two would count it down, Kimmel wanted to double-check how to do the stunt to make sure no one got hurt. While Gosling seemed a bit unsure, he said to hit the bottle on the back of the head.

On the count of three, they smashed the beer bottles, and it was a success... Well, kind of. Shortly after the audience finished their round of applause, Kimmel said, "I do feel a lump. I'm going to tell you something, not to be a baby, but it hurt a lot more than I thought it would."

"My whole head is tingling," he added."I feel like there might be blood." Gosling then checked Kimmel's head, and luckily, there was no blood.

This should go unsaid, but don't try this at home.

Fans Couldn't Get Enough Of The Beer Bottle Stunt

Fans couldn't get enough of the beer stunt as the video got over 3,000 likes. "That looked super real!" one fan exclaimed.

"This whole interview was so charming," another wrote.

A third commented, "Leave it to Jimmy [Kimmel] to keep us entertained. Wink wink, who doesn't love Ryan Gosling."

When speaking with PEOPLE, Ryan Gosling expressed his love of making the film and his respect for the stunt team. “To get to team up with [director] David [Leitch] and find a way to flip the narrative and put stunt performers in the spotlight was really exciting,” he told the outlet, before calling his stunt doubles the “heroes on screen.”

In another interview, Gosling proclaimed, "These stuntmen in this movie are the ones that make this movie."

"I mean, it's really an honor to be a part of a film that sort of shines a light on the stunt community, and also the crew," he added. "The first thing I ever did, really, was an action kids TV show, so I've had a stunt double my whole life. There's always been this strange dynamic where they kind of come in, they do all of the cool stuff, and they risk everything, then they leave. And everyone sort of pretends like they weren't there."

"The better they are, in a way, the more you know they're not there," he continued. "It just feels so wrong, because sometimes, they create the most memorable sequences in the whole film."

It seems Gosling's latest film is going to be a hit, as it absolutely crushed the box office in the previous, bringing in over $3M. According to Variety, the film is expected to open around $30 million this weekend, but some are estimating numbers as high as $35 million or $40 million.

According to its official synopsis, the film tells the story of battle-scarred stuntman Colt Seavers who, after leaving the business one year earlier, "springs back into action when the star of a big studio movie suddenly disappears. As the mystery surrounding the missing actor deepens, Colt soon finds himself ensnared in a sinister plot that pushes him to the edge of a fall more dangerous than any stunt."

'The Fall Guy' is playing in theaters now.
