The Rush: Maradona parties too hard during Argentina’s World Cup match

What do you do when you’re Diego Maradona at an Argentina World Cup match? You party. The Argentine soccer legend lived it up during his native country’s big win over Nigeria —that included Lionel Messi’s first goal of the tournament— and possibly partied a bit too hard. After serving as the official in-stadium entertainment throughout the game, Maradona appeared to have trouble standing up and needed medical attention from paramedics on site. Hopefully he’s back in tip top partying shape in time for Argentina’s match against France in the knockout stage.

Also worse for the wear this morning is Austin Rivers, who was just traded from the Clippers to the Wizards. What’s the big deal, you ask? Since Austin’s father Doc is the head coach in L.A., it kinda feels like his dad kicked him out of the house. Ouch.
