New Rumors Suggest That Lady Gaga Could Be In 'American Horror Story: 1984'

'AHS: 1984' Is Steeped In Horror Nostalgia

American Horror Story: 1984 premieres tonight on FX, and the latest season of the campy horror hit looks to be absolutely drowning in nostalgia. Filled to the brim with '80s callbacks, AHS: 1984 will be taking its cues from horror classics like Friday The 13th and Halloween.

Will Lady Gaga Make A Surprise Appearance?

While the season is set to star Emma Roberts, Billie Lourde, Cody Fern, and Gus Kenworthy, you never know which Ryan Murphy favorite could make a surprise appearance. A glitch on Dish Network is fueling fan speculation that Oscar nominee Lady Gaga could take a trip back to 1984 even though she was not announced with the rest of the cast.

She's Been On 'AHS' Before

Lady Gaga has appeared two previous seasons of American Horror Story -- Hotel and Roanoke. She even took home a Golden Globe for her performance in Hotel as the murderous Countess.

While this is probably just internet hearsay, it would be awesome to see Gaga return to her roots after her success in A Star Is Born. Who better to bring the '80s campiness?

Watch American Horror Story Wednesday nights at 10:00 p.m. ET on FX.
