Rumer Willis is in for a challenging week with her daughter Louetta.

On Sunday, the Once Upon a Time ... in Hollywood actress, 35, shared that she and her 8-month-old daughter Louetta are both sick with the flu. Sharing a selfie on her Instagram Story, the star made a confused face while her daughter rested on her chest, one hand gripping her white T-shirt.

"My sweet Lou and I have the flu," she wrote on the photo. "Wish us luck. She has 102.7 fever and I'm on no sleep."

Willis shares her daughter with boyfriend Derek Richard Thomas.

In an Instagram Q&A in December, the actress revealed the special meaning behind daughter Louetta Isley's name.

Asked where she got the name from, the new mom replied, "Her name is a mix of things I love. I have always loved the name Lou so was thinking of that for both a boy or a girl but then when we found out she was a girl, we came up with Louetta," she explained.

"We wanted to give her options and me and my dad's favorite singers are Lou (Louie Armstrong), Etta (Etta James), Isley (Isley Brothers)."

Attending the opening night of Love Actually Live in Beverly Hills, California, in November, Willis opened up about the resemblance between her baby girl with Thomas and her own dad.

“Whenever she's got a stern discerning look on her face, I just see Bruce Willis,” she told PEOPLE.

“My dad — especially on [TV series] Moonlighting — has this little side smirk, that very [mischievous] twinkle in his eye, and I see that so much in her.”

In a chat with PEOPLE earlier that same month, the proud mom opened up about passing on the family's "magic" to daughter Louetta.

"I think inherently, some of the most magical parts of myself are definitely from them," the actress said of her dad, as well as mom Demi Moore, 61.

"So I feel like that will be passed down to her," she continued. "I love watching them with her."
