Earlier this month, Willis, who shares her daughter with boyfriend Derek Richard Thomas, shared that she and her baby girl were both sick with the flu.

Sharing a selfie on her Instagram Story, the star made a confused face while her daughter rested on her chest, one hand gripping her white T-shirt.

"My sweet Lou and I have the flu," she wrote on the photo. "Wish us luck. She has 102.7 fever and I'm on no sleep."

In an Instagram Q&A in December, the actress revealed the special meaning behind daughter Louetta Isley's name.

Asked where she got the name from, the new mom replied, "Her name is a mix of things I love. I have always loved the name Lou so was thinking of that for both a boy or a girl but then when we found out she was a girl, we came up with Louetta," she explained.

"We wanted to give her options and me and my dad's favorite singers are Lou (Louie Armstrong), Etta (Etta James), Isley (Isley Brothers)."
