Rumer Willis is quickly learning that the same rules don't apply at Grandma's house.

While discussing Cleobella's new "Do It Like a Mother" campaign, the actress, 35, tells PEOPLE that while she's been hesitant to allow her 13-year-old daughter Louetta screen time, it's been a different story at her mom Demi Moore's house.

"I've been too scared to show her Moana because of all of the Instagram ads that I get about screen time," Willis says. "They're like, 'Only 10 minutes of TV will shrink the gray matter in their brains,' and I'm like, 'Oh my gosh.'"

"Then I go over and my mom's like, 'I put on Moana,' and I was like, "What? No!' " she continues. "But I figure that's fine at Yaya's house."

Willis says she hasn't yet "thought about" which movies of her mom or her dad Bruce Willis' she wants to show Louetta when she gets older, and she's more looking forward to her walking.

"I know walking is going to be crazy, and I'll be taking that back, but I can't wait because she's such a mover anyway," she says. "I want to be able to take her to the beach and run outside and run around in the grass. I think that would be so nice."

Right now, Willis says Louetta (whom she shares with boyfriend Derek Richard Thomas) is into music.

"She loves music, which is not surprising, since her dad and I both sing and are musicians," she says. "She loves music and has rhythm. I went to this silly thing in Tucson, Ariz., where they did an astrological genealogy type reading, and they were just talking about how many of her planets or whatever were in her creative houses."

Since welcoming Louetta in April 2023, Willis says she's "never been happier."

"As soon as I had her, it was like everything really clicked into place," she says. "It was exactly what I thought it would be."

When it comes to motherhood, Willis wants to remind others that "there's no right way to do it."

"It's all what works for your family," she says. "I have friends who had all-nighters and ones who had their moms come and stay with them at their house or didn't let anybody in the house for the first 45 days when their child is born. When anybody asks me advice, I'll say a couple of things because I just feel like I have things share, but then what I always end it with is, 'And don't listen to anything that I said and just do what feels right for you.'"
