Rose Hanbury Proves She’s on Good Terms With the Royal Family After Being Spotted With This Member

Despite the rumors circulating about the alleged affair between Catherine, Princess of Wales’s pal Rose Hanbury and Prince William, the family seems to be quite close, still. In fact, it seems that the Marchioness of Cholmondeley is still getting along swimmingly with the family.

For the Final Day Of The Badminton Horse Trials 2024 on May 12, many eagle-eyed internet users noticed that Hanbury was in the crowd. Not only that, she was pictured conversing with Queen Camilla, and supporting the Zindalls. You can see the photos of her with Camilla below:

Hanbury, who donned a blue suit and shirt, shocked many by making an ultra-rare appearance, and this appearance shows that she is seemingly on good terms with the family, despite all the ups and downs from the rumors.

Now, many believe she and Kate Middleton are rivals, but insiders claim that’s not the case.

Kate has been looking for emotional support from her pal Hanbury, amid her cancer diagnosis, and Hanbury was one of the alleged first to reach out to her. Along with that, Kate and Hanbury allegedly reconnected after Charles III’s Coronation, and Kate was seen at Hanbury’s residence Houghton Hall last year.

So, for those who don’t know this whole situation as well as others, we’re going to break down everything.

Hanbury and Kate were friends for years, and in 2019, the Sun published a piece saying the two had a falling out (which, according to Richard Kay, nearly left both getting legal action in response). Then, writers Giles Coren and Nicole Cliffe both claimed they knew about the alleged affair between William and Hanbury in 2019, per IBTimes. Rumors swirled that the affair was going on since 2017, and Hanbury threatened legal action in 2024.

Keep in mind: there has been no physical or tangible proof of an affair besides deleted tweets and hearsay.
