Roncalli Catholic Schools' International Food Fair Nov. 4 will also feature an oral auction and sports memorabilia

MANITOWOC — Roncalli Catholic Schools invites the public to tempt their tastebuds and attend the International Food Fair Nov. 4.

The event, for adults only, 21 and older, will take place at Roncalli High School, 2000 Mirro Drive in Manitowoc, beginning at 5 p.m.

Featuring a variety of cuisine, the International Food Fair will be a recipe for a good time for all. The food, including many delicious desserts that will satisfy your sweet tooth, will be prepared by local restaurants and Roncalli Catholic Schools families, and include Americana, Asian, Mexican, German, Italian, French, Polish and Southern dishes.

Specialty beers and wine will be available for purchase as well.

New this year will be food from Jamaica Mi Krazy. The food truck will be parked in the school's courtyard area right outside the gym doors and be serving Jerk Chicken and Rice, Curry Chicken and Rice, and Jerk Chicken Mac and Cheese.

There is no cost to attend the event. Punch cards will be available for sale at the International Food Fair to make food sampling easy. Cash, check and credit cards will be accepted.

In addition to the fare being offered, the International Food Fair includes an oral auction with packages including experiences, sports memorabilia, and more. You won’t want to miss these items as they’re auctioned off by Greg Schramm, who will serve as the event’s auctioneer. John Jagemann will return as the event’s emcee.

Love Helmet – Roncalli Catholic Schools International Food Fair will be held on Saturday, Nov. 4 beginning at 5 p.m. at Roncalli High School, 2000 Mirro Drive in Manitowoc. The event, featuring appetizer-sized portions of nine different cuisines from around the world, also will include an oral auction. Among the items up for bid will be No. 3, a full-size, speed replica Jordan Love Autographed Helmet.

For the sports enthusiast, items to watch out for include: No. 3, which is a full-size, speed replica Jordan Love autographed helmet. This item will take a Packers collector’s memorabilia to the next level! It includes a Fanatics authentication hologram and is donated by John and Mo Stelzer.

Another unique sports piece is No. 8. This framed piece features Watt Brothers — J.J., T.J. and Derek Watt — who are all former Wisconsin Badgers football players. They have made a great impact as NFL players as well. J.J. and T.J. have earned four NFL Defensive Player of the Year awards and numerous Pro Bowl selections. This unique piece of Badgers memorabilia is signed and authenticated by this terrific trio. It also includes a certificate of authenticity. The piece is donated by Vinton Construction.

Tickets for the Ticket to Cash raffle are available for purchase now. Only 500 tickets will be sold for a chance to win a grand prize of $7,500 cash. Tickets are $100 each. The Happy Hour Hauler Raffle also will be available at the event featuring a wagon filled with a variety of alcoholic beverages. Tickets will be $10 each. An array of themed collections also will be up for bid in the Gift Collections Raffle. Of course, those with an affinity for Roncalli will want to make sure to stop at the Roncalli HeART Originals. This special section features original artwork up for bid created by Roncalli students age pre-school through 8th-grade.
