Rolling Stones announce 2024 Hackney Diamonds Tour including a stop at MetLife Stadium

The Rolling Stones announced their 2024 Hackney Diamonds stadium tour in celebration of their new album "Hackney Diamonds." They plan to rock 16 cities across the United States and Canada between April and July.

They will make their way to New Jersey to play Metlife Stadium on May 23. They will also be at the Lincoln Financial Field in Philadelphia on June 11.

According to the band’s website, this tour will feature all of their most popular hits such as “Gimme Shelter” and “Satisfaction” as well as music from their new album "Hackney Diamonds" which was released in October.

Fans seem to be excited about this tour, reacting to the band’s announcement on X, formerly Twitter, saying, “Ageless! Best Rock n Roll Ever!” and “So, I was a bit off when we thought the ‘81/’82 tour was it…Rock n roll!”

The new album has also been well received. It is the band’s first album of original material since 2006’s "A Bigger Bang" which Rolling Stone Magazine said was “feisty but not especially memorable.”

As for "Hackney Diamonds" however, Rolling Stone called it “a record you’ll want to play more than once – seriously.”

Check out The Rolling Stones’ website for a full lineup of tour dates, merch, and information about how to access the presale, which will be live from Wednesday, Nov. 29 at noon until Thursday, Nov. 30 at 10 p.m.
