‘Rogue One’ Actor Alan Tudyk Is Married to Choreographer Charissa Barton

Rogue One: A Star Wars Story actor Alan Tudyk is married!

Tudyk and choreographer Charissa Barton tied the knot Saturday at The Paramour Estate in the Silver Lake neighborhood of Los Angeles, PEOPLE confirms.

The actor looked dashing in an Armani tux, and Barton wore a stunning Vera Wang wedding gown. Guests dined on food brought by Contemporary Catering, and later were treated to cake and ice cream sandwiches by Vanilla Bake Shop & Ron’s Artisanal Ice Cream. Florist Catalina Neal provided the flower arrangements.

Tudyk announced the wedding via Twitter on Thursday, writing, “getting married saturday. any tips?”

Barton tweeted back: “Get married at the same time that I do, same venue, same altar. #cantwait.”



Tudyk has appeared as a character actor in numerous films and television shows, and is known for his role as Hoban “Wash” Washburne in the cult sci-fi series Firefly. He also starred in A Knight’s Tale alongside Heath Ledger, and has worked as a voice actor in blockbuster animated films like Frozen and Ice Age.

Barton is a dancer, choreographer and creative consultant with 25 years of experience in entertainment, according to her website. She’s performed in famous venues like the Sydney Opera House and the Kennedy Center, and recently worked as associate choreographer on Katy Perry’s Grammy performance.

The actor’s latest film, Rogue One: A Star Wars Story, hits theaters Dec. 16.
