The most wonderful time of the year is approaching.

And if your Christmas spirit hasn’t seeped in yet, Rockefeller Centers' annual tree lighting ceremony should bring it out.

The 2023 Rockefeller Center Christmas Tree is coming from Vestal, N.Y. It's a Norway Spruce and will be cut down on Thursday, Nov. 9, and arrive at Rockefeller Center on Saturday, Nov.11.

The 80-foot-tall tree will be adorned with more than 50,000 multi-colored, energy-efficient LED lights wrapped in 5 miles of wire, topped with a three-dimensional Swarovski star that features 70 spikes covered in 3 million crystals.

According to rockefellercenter.com the Norway Spruce is 80-85 years old, 43 feet wide and 12 tons in weight.
