The Rock Sends Love to His 'Brother' Kevin Hart After Scary Car Crash

The Rock is worried sick over his longtime friend and co-star, Kevin Hart, and is sending him strength in a time of need.

"Stop messing with my emotions brother @kevinhart4real," Dwayne Johnson posted Sunday evening alongside a photo of him and Hart on set of "Jumanji: The Next Level."

He continued, "We have a lot more laughing to do together. Love you man. Stay strong."

Hart has remained silent since he was injured in an early-morning car wreck on Sunday when his 1970 Plymouth Barracuda careened off Mulholland Highway and overturned into an embankment.

As we reported, Hart was able to free himself from the vehicle, but two other people, including his wife's personal trainer, were trapped inside.

The star made his way back to the house to get help, and was eventually transported to the hospital with significant injuries to his back.

As of Sunday evening, doctors were still assessing what steps needed to be taken to stabilize the star, which more than likely was going to include emergency surgery.

Even though he is in a bad way, we're told the medical team is optimistic he will make a full recovery.

The Rock isn't the only one to wish Hart a speedy recovery, as fans and other celebrities have taken to social media in the hopes of sending positive vibes to the star.

Jamie Foxx posted a photo on IG, along with a caption that read "sending positive vibes and prayers to u and your family... god bless.

Rapper T.I. was equally emotional with his wishes, writing, "Aight now Hurry up & Shake tf back ASAP big bro so we can laugh about this shit....It’s a lotta love & genuine respect out here for you. You mean so much to so many!!! My family’s thoughts and prayers are with you & all of yours!!!!"

Martin Lawrence and Cedric the Entertainer also posted messages, and join thousands of fans who have sent prayers to the comedian in his time of need.
