The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame voters have announced 15 potential nominees to be inducted in 2024. While six or seven of these artists will be chosen, we want to know who is your absolute favorite to be inducted. Vote in our poll below.

One of the bestselling classic rock bands of all time, with worldwide sales topping 80 million records, Foreigner had an impressive catalogue of hits throughout the 1970s and 1980s — all still recognizable to this day.

Peter Frampton: Passionate songwriter, exceptional guitarist, and cultural touchstone, Peter Frampton is one of few musicians who can evoke an image of rock & roll stardom with three simple words: “Frampton Comes Alive!”

Jane’s Addiction: Jane’s Addiction were the first to bring alternative rock into the mainstream. They drafted the blueprint for modern festivals and forged the alternative nation subculture.

Kool & the Gang: In a career that has lasted over 50 years, Kool & the Gang have been essential innovators in the sound of funk, soul, disco and R&B, creating rock & roll’s most danceable anthems.

Sade: Sade have blended jazz, soul and R&B to create a sound that’s all their own — laid-back rhythms, elegant arrangements, melodic saxophone lines, and, of course, the smooth, sultry, mesmerizing vocals of their lead singer Sade Adu. Their songs of love, life and loss resonate with listeners on a deeply personal level.

A Tribe Called Quest: A Tribe Called Quest forever shifted the hip-hop landscape and expanded the creative possibilities for the genre. Their freedom of expression, ingenuity and minimalist brilliance continue to inspire generations of hip-hop artists and fans.

Last year’s induction ceremony in Brooklyn included Kate Bush, Sheryl Crow, Missy Elliott, George Michael, Willie Nelson, Rage Against the Machine and The Spinners. Elliott became the first female rapper to make the cut. A Tribe Called Quest is the only 2023 nominee to be selected again in 2024. An artist is eligible 25 years after a first recording is released.
