Rocco has signed with Grade A/Khalabo Music/Interscope, Consequence can exclusively announce Friday (August 12th). The rapper and producer has also unveiled a music video for the melodic track “She Knows.”
Rocco, 19, spent his formative years in his childhood bedroom in Coatesville, Pennsylvania recording music. He began experimenting with sonics at 14 years old after his first track accrued thousands of streams in three days; since then, he has stayed dedicated to his craft, and is eager to share his music beyond the borders of his hometown.
Before his signing, Rocco had already self-produced and self-released three EPs, which include his tracks “Falling in Love” and “Only You.” His discography quickly earned executive Lil Bibby’s attention, and led him to his signing with Grade A — home to superstars such as Juice WRLD and The Kid LAROI — along with black-ish creator Kenya Barris’ Khalabo Music in partnership with Interscope Records.
“I’m blessed, humbled, and hungrier than ever,” Rocco tells Consequence of his new chapter. “I’m grateful people of this caliber believe in the vision because I know my team and I do. I’m eager to share my music with the world.”

He writes, plays crazy instruments, raps, sings, produces, mixes, has swag out this world and at 19 is already just a star… not just in music but in LIFE! “We have known Rocco for some time now, and he has become a true Grade A family member,” George G-Money Dickerson, Lil Bibby, and Peter Jideonwo tell Consequence in a joint statement. “He’s our lil’ bro first and foremost. Our team is hype to help develop him into a genre-transcending superstar. We are also very excited to partner with Kenya Barris and our family at Interscope Records on signing Rocco. Major things to come.”
The video for “She Knows” was shot in Philadelphia and pays homage to Rocco’s hometown, showing an intimate story of boyhood as he leaves the world of recording in his childhood bedroom behind and enters a new chapter in his career.
“It’s back in my hometown, with my childhood friends as the actors,” Rocco explains of the visual, noting that it’s one of his favorite songs he’s crafted to date. “My guy Aim brought out the dirt bikes — that’s a big thing in Philly. We shot at my friend Griffin’s restaurant, it’s called Victor Cafe. They shot Rocky there, too. I’m hype for y’all to watch it.”
