Robert Redford and Nick Nolte Battle Bears in 'A Walk in the Woods'
Robert Redford and Nick Nolte versus bears. Round 1 winner: The old guys!
This exclusive clip from the dramedy A Walk in the Woods has the two powerhouse actors playing old friends, reconnecting on a hike across the Appalachian Trail. As seen above, their excursion gets sketchy when two large bears amble up to their campsite. The buddies will do anything they can to avoid becoming bear chow.
In the movie, Redford plays travel writer Bill Bryson, who has come back to the U.S. after being away in England for several years, looking for an adventure. Like the more female (and more serious) Wild with Reese Witherspoon, Walk is based on a best-selling autobiographical novel of the same name.
A Walk in the Woods, also starring Emma Thompson, opens today in select theaters.
