Robert Pattinson Embraces High-End Dadcore in New Dior Campaign

The 37-year-old actor and first-time father dons a sophisticated new look

Robert Pattinson is not a regular dad, he’s a cool dad.

The actor, 37, showed off his new Dadcore aesthetic in the latest Dior Icons campaign, which was unveiled on Wednesday, April 10. Pattinson, who has an ongoing partnership with the luxury fashion house, dons a variety of well tailored yet laid back styles, embracing a level of comfort that one can only assume he’s embracing in his era as a first-time father.

“Both pared-down and sophisticated, the shots reveal the refinement of the noble materials and unique cuts of these exceptional models,” a press release from Dior reads. “In a decor aglow with pale hues, the actor sports wide-leg pants and long, structured coats. The various silhouettes also feature cashmere sweaters, silk-blend shirts and harrington-shaped jackets.”

The campaign comes just days after the Batman actor and his fiancé Suki Waterhouse, 32, announced the arrival of their first child, a baby boy.

The couple seemingly confirmed their baby's arrival on Tuesday, March 26 when, in photos published by the Daily Mail, they were spotted pushing a pink stroller on a walk in Los Angeles.

For the stroll, Pattinson wore a MoMA sweatshirt and a puffy Patagonia jacket while Waterhouse wore a black trench coat, baseball cap and sunglasses.

On Thursday, April 4, Waterhouse introduced their baby boy to the world via Instagram. In a sweet photo, the singer and actress held her new baby, who was wrapped in a blanket, while gazing into the camera.

"Welcome to the world angel ❤️," she captioned the post.

On Tuesday April 9, Pattinson made his first red carpet appearance since becoming a dad. The Twilight alum wore a gray Dior suit while attending Warner Bros. Pictures' "The Big Picture," a special presentation during CinemaCon. He posed for photos with Bong Joon-ho, the director of his upcoming film Mickey 17.

Pattinson and Waterhouse, who starred in 2023’s popular Amazon Prime series Daisy Jones & the Six, have been together for over five years. The pair were first romantically linked in July 2018, when a source told PEOPLE they were "dating" after they were spotted engaging in PDA while out together in London.
