Rob Thomas Postpones Solo Tour Due to Wife’s Surgery
Rob Thomas is hurting, and so are his fans. On Friday (July 10), Uptown Ampitheatre Charlotte announced more postponed concert dates for Thomas’ Great Unknown Tour due to his wife Marisol needing brain surgery.
The Charlotte theater posted this statement:
“With great regret Rob Thomas must postpone some dates of his Great Unknown Tour – including Uptown Amphitheatre Charlotte, on July 28th - due to his wife Marisol needing treatment to remove a possible lesion from the base of her brain.
“We will announce the new date here at a later time. Tickets already purchased will still be good for the new date – no exchange necessary.”
