Rob Kardashian Demands Blac Chyna Answer Questions Under Oath in Court, Amid Custody War
Rob Kardashian wants to grill his baby mama Blac Chyna under oath in their nasty court battle.
According to court documents obtained by The Blast, Rob, Kris Jenner, Kim Kardashian, Khloe Kardashian, and Kylie Jenner are demanding Chyna be ordered to sit for a second deposition.
Back in 2018, Blac Chyna filed a lawsuit against her baby daddy and his family, accusing them of interfering with her reality show “Rob & Chyna”. The family denies wrongdoing and moved to dismiss the case.
In newly filed documents, Rob and his family are asking the judge to order Chyna to sit for another day of deposition. They claim she was originally deposed on September 24 but things quickly went south. Rob accuses his baby mama of arriving late and turning it into a photo shoot.
They state “Plaintiff arrived for her deposition over an hour and a half late. Plaintiff sat for less than five of seven hours of her deposition. At the lunch break, Plaintiff began to engage in a photoshoot in the main conference room of the L&S office, as well as in and around Defendants’ counsel’s office building, accompanied by her counsel, Lynne Ciani, and a small entourage of photographers and stylists.”

“As a result of Plaintiff’s photoshoot, the agreed-upon hour-long lunch break (which began two hours after the deposition commenced at 11:50 a.m.) was extended to almost an hour and twenty minutes. Furthermore, and as described below, Plaintiff and her attorney were disruptive during the deposition, refusing to answer relevant questions and preventing a full and fair examination.”
Rob wants Chyna to be forced to sit for another day of questioning ASAP.Earlier this week, Kardashian went to court demanding Chyna be stripped of custody. Kardashian asked the judge to limit Chyna’s time with Dream to only weekend days with a nanny present.
He accuses Chyna of being out of control with cocaine use, physical altercations and all-night partying. Kardashian says their daughter comes back to him with bad hygiene, messy hair, dirty teeth and dirty nails. He even said Dream started "naked twerking and acting out sexual positions that she said her mom taught her."
Rob’s sister, Khloe Kardashian, filed a declaration backing up her brother’s claims. She wrote a declaration saying Dream’s behavior has changed. Khloe believes Dream is more aggressive than normal. Rob wants the court to force Chyna to submit to drug testing before each visit with Dream.
All this custody drama comes amid Chyna’s lawsuit against Rob and his family is heating up.
