Rob Kardashian and Blac Chyna Bullied Friend Into Suicide Attempt, Lawsuit Says
Rob Kardashian and Blac Chyna have been reunited — in a lawsuit.
Fresh off of a nasty and public split, Kardashian and Chyna have been named as defendants in a lawsuit by Chyna’s former friend Pilot Jones, who says he was bullied so bad that he attempted to take his own life.
According to the suit, Chyna and Jones were good friends for a couple of years, and in 2015 the pair took several pictures “evidencing their closeness. In one picture in particular, the two posed kissing each other on the lips.”

That particular picture made its way to Radar the next year, and Kardashian and Chyna believed Jones had sent it to them, leading to a bullying campaign, the suit says.
“Upon the public release of the ‘kissing photo,;’ Chyna and Kardashian conspired to execute a campaign of cyberbullying against Plaintiff based upon their mistaken belief that he released the ‘kissing photo,'” the suit reads. “Defendants intimidated Plaintiff, threatened to physically harm Plaintiff, threatened to beat and kill Plaintiff, threatened to ruin Plaintiff’s reputation, threatened to disseminate private information (such as his sexual orientation) to the public, and threatened to release his private cellular phone number and his email address to the public.”
Jones goes on to allege that Kardashian made “terrorist threats” against him, such as, “You are about to get your ass beat by every Mexican in L.A., including me … I promise you that.”
The lawsuit also says that Chyna posted on Instagram writing, “this young man is ‘GAY’!!!” and “The only reason we took those pictures other than me trying to be a good friend so he could send it to his boyfriend to make him jealous and say that he’s going back to girls!”
Jones says that they also released his cell phone number and email address to the public, resulting in “scurrilous, disgusting and threatening messages from unidentified members of the public.”

Eventually, Jones says, his self-esteem was “totally destroyed: and he “eventually attempted suicide, although his effort was not successful and he began therapy to restore himself.”
TheWrap has reached out to Kardashian and Chyna for comment on the lawsuit.
Alleging defamation, cyberbullying, public disclosure of private facts and intentional infliction of emotional distress, the suit seeks unspecified damages.
