My order: I had the El Papi pizza ($15.99), a mix of roasted poblano and red peppers, chihuahua and cotija cheeses, sriracha bourbon sauce, and fire-braised chicken over a street-corn sauce. The first bite was way too fiery for me. But after I removed the poblano peppers, the combination was delicious. I especially liked the bits of corn on the pizza, which added to the earthy, Latin flavor.

Likes: In addition to pizzas, this newly opened Latin-inspired pub offers appetizers, salads, and sandwiches. Pizzas can be made with a gluten-free cauliflower crust. There are separate bar and dining areas. Note: The front door is on the south side of the building.

Dislikes: There are several televisions on the walls and it can get noisy when the room is full.

What would I order next time? The El Popeye (a spinach salad with blackberry-maple dressing for $9.99) looks pretty good.
