'Riverdale' star Vanessa Morgan, White Sox pitcher Michael Kopech get engaged in epic video

Maybe don't show the following video to your friend who just got engaged.

On Wednesday, "Riverdale" actress Vanessa Morgan posted an breathtaking image to Instagram of her White Sox pitcher boyfriend, Michael Kopech, getting down on one knee.

The setting? Mooney Falls in the Grand Canyon.

The proposal shot? Absurdly beautiful.

"My Forever," the 27-year-old writes in the caption of a faraway photo of him proposing, with both of them in bathing suits amid the lush setting. She also posted an Instagram Story featuring Kopech with the text "Mine. Mine. Mine."

Kopech, 23, shared the couple's happy news on his Instagram account, too, and included his new fiancée's surprised reaction in a priceless video.

In the clip, the two stand in front of the waterfall, taking in the view before Kopech gets down on one knee and Morgan looks at him with a hand over her mouth, seemingly shocked. She appears to agree to marry him. The two kiss and onlookers cheer.

Kopech shared a love note along with the Instagram video.

"I love you intensely, passionately, & also at times, recklessly," he writes to his future bride. "You literally stayed by my side when I felt I had lost my mind. You stayed by my side for these seemingly random changes of my life. You stayed when often times I didn’t deserve it. You’ve loved me for ME from day one. Completely unselfishly. You’re undeniably the spark that reignited my fire."

He continues: "I’ll never have enough words to tell you how much I love you, but I promise to always show you."
