Rita Ora is hanging out somewhere tropical, and she’s got the stunning photo dump to prove it.

Rita, 31, just dropped several pics on Instagram of herself rocking a teeny tiny thong bikini for all its worth. The singer shows off her toned booty as she poses near a bunch of palm trees. Next up is Rita flashing her toned abs and sculpted legs, followed by a snap of what she’s reading these days.

“Lil old me..just mindin my beeeznas 🌺,” she wrote in the caption.

People pretty much fell over themselves in the comments, and... fair. “What an incredible view 👀,” one person wrote. “SLAYYYYY,” another said.

As Rita has made it super clear from her Instagrams, she works hard on that body-ody-ody at the gym with her trainer, Jono Castano, who is the founder of Acero Gym in Australia.

Case in point: The singer shared some seriously impressive fitspo in January of herself doing chest presses at the gym while in a bridge position on a weight bench.

Jono Castano told the Daily Mail that the duo is big on doing HIIT workouts…along with pretty much everything else. No surprise there!

“My philosophy requires recommending a combination of workouts comprising HIIT, stretching, and recovery,” he said. “It's important to ensure I hit each of the three areas for a rounded fitness and wellness plan. For example, with Rita, we might focus on HIIT cardio training in the first half of the week, then core and upper body in the middle, and lower body at the end.”

Rita is also super active. She shared impressive pics and video earlier this month of herself rock climbing and hiking. Evidence:

Castano has also shared plenty of BTS videos of Rita’s workouts on his Instagram account, and she does not mess around. There was this one of Rita doing core work, leg raises, and hamster wheels (which are basically a more intense ab roller workout):

It makes sense that the singer focuses so much on her core: a strong core is essential for stability and can help runners and athletes improve their performance, according to the Mayo Clinic. It can also help your pelvis, lower back, hips, and abdomen work better together, and provide a stronger base when lifting.

Rita previously told Cosmopolitan UK that her goal is to be strong, not skinny.  "I'm not the skinniest person in the world but I don't try to be," she said. "I'm more focused on toning rather than trying to be skinny which I feel everyone should try because that comes more naturally.”

BTW, Rita is all about balance when it comes to how she fuels her body for those intense workouts. "I watch what I eat but I just cut my portions in half," she said. "So if I want a burger I'll just cut it in half and eat half of it.”

According to Cosmo UK, she’s also a big morning smoothie gal, followed by salmon or chicken for lunch. Dinner might be broccoli pasta, truffle pasta, or pizza.
