Even though it's officially fall, Rita Ora is still living her best summer life and getting in some bikini time in two new Instagram Story pics.

Rita, 30, rocked a super cute Frankie's one-shoulder bikini in a psychedelic blue, pink and white print, showing off her super strong and toned core.

Not only that, but she multitasked by giving her skin some love. She also sported a gold Lancôme face mask in both pics.

And here's her bikini, in case you wanted to try the look yourself:

To get so fit and strong, she previously told Shape that she started working out “to feel better…and I think it’s important for women to know that."

Specifically, she loves circuit training.

"I do circuit training. I usually work out for one or two hours, depending on how much time I have. I do three circuits and repeat that three times. I mostly focus on my thighs and my bum, so I do a lot of squats and weight lifting," she told Shape.

"And I do one circuit of cardio. What I've learned is that you can take your time with training. You don't have to beat yourself up as long as you get in the workouts that you need. I used to push myself until I felt sick. But I'm approaching it differently now. I enjoy working out. And I like the aftermath—that feeling of contentment."

She's also worked on body acceptance, and shared the trick that helped her most.

"You have to come to terms with loving your body," she previously told Cosmopolitan. "Stand naked in front of the mirror, and say, 'I'm f—king sexy.' That's where it starts."
