Look out for Rita Moreno on the Oscars red carpet!

The 96th Academy Awards are less than a week away, and the 92-year-old actress — who is set to present at the March 10 ceremony — is teasing her “extraordinary” and “different” red-carpet look.

While appearing on Today on Monday morning, the West Side Story star told co-anchor Hoda Kotb to look for her at the award show — “‘cause I’m going to wear a gown that’s gonna knock your socks off.”

The legendary actress — who also revealed she will be bringing her daughter and bestie Fernanda Luisa Gordon to the Oscars — accidentally misinformed Kotb about the gown’s designer, telling her it would be Dolce&Gabbana.

But she cleared the air about the gown, which is actually a Badgley Mischka creation, later in the program.

“I gotta clear something up instantly,” she said on Today. “Badgley Mischka! That's the gown I'm wearing for the Oscars. I am 92 years old and I got confused earlier on Today, this show. And I'm sure somebody's gonna just kill me.”

She went on to say that the gown will be “astonishing” — and hinted that fans can expect her to rock a very different ‘do than they are used to.

“I'm going to wear an extraordinary gown for the Oscars,” she told the hosts of the ensemble, a follow-up to her iconic 2022 red-carpet look.

And, like her 2022 Oscars look — which Moreno joked was “not bad for an old lady” — her 2024 dress will be black, she revealed.

“It's black also but it's so astonishing. I can't wait,” she said of the Badgley Mischka creation. “And I'm going to do something very different with my hair. I won't say what but it's going to be very different.”

But Moreno — who tucked her gray tresses into a boa headpiece in 2022 — did hint at the “something” she is doing with her hair, telling the Today hosts they can expect to see some red.

And the West Side Story star didn’t keep her Oscar talk to the Today show — she also teased both her role in the ceremony and her gown on The View.

“Oh, it's going to be astonishing,” she said of the show, joking, “mostly because I'm going to be in it.”

“I'm going to wear a gown that's going to blow a lot of people away,” she added. “Badgley Mischka, but it’s just gorgeous.”
