“All Rise” pays tribute to Anne Heche during her final TV appearance: 'You are missed'

Anne Heche made a posthumous TV appearance this weekend in an episode of All Rise that pays tribute to the late actress, who died last August.
Saturday's episode of the legal drama, "Trouble Woman," saw the return of Heche's recurring character Corinne Cuthbert, a lawyer who frequently clashes with Simone Missick's Judge Lola Carmichael. An infamously ruthless trial attorney, Corinne's final episode sees her defending an accused serial killer and ultimately losing when Judge Lola finds him guilty.
The episode ends with a dedication written in Heche's honor.
"In memory of Anne Heche," the title card reads. "Our friend and wonderful artist. You are missed."

EW confirmed on Aug. 14, 2022 that Heche died after being taken off of life support. The actress was critically injured on August 5 when the Mini Cooper she was driving crashed into a residence in the Mar Vista neighborhood of Los Angeles, causing her vehicle and the home to become engulfed in flames. It took 59 firefighters to extinguish the blaze. Heche fell into a coma three days after the accident and remained in critical condition until she was declared "legally dead" on August 12.
Heche is survived by Homer Laffoon, her son with ex-husband Coleman Laffoon, and Atlas Tupper, her son with ex-boyfriend James Tupper.
Her final appearance on All Rise was filmed in June 2022 but delayed by a lengthy mid-season hiatus. The series has since reclaimed its spot on the OWN schedule for what the network has revealed will be the show's final few episodes as it has been canceled after three seasons.
Heche's other posthumous releases include the small-town murder drama What Remains, Lifetime's Girl in Room 13, and the still-unreleased thriller Chasing Nightmares, co-starring Graham McTavish.
