Riot Declared as Protests Erupt Over Fatal Police Shooting in Portland

Police declared a riot in Portland late on April 16, as protests erupted following the fatal police-shooting of a man in Southeast Portland Friday morning.

This footage, by Grace Morgan, shows several fires burning, including a blaze by the Apple store at Pioneer Place mall in downtown Portland.
