Worker Crashes to Ground as Ladder Collapses at Massachusetts Home

The security camera of a home in Bridgewater, Massachusetts, caught the moment when a man installing solar panels came crashing to the ground after his ladder slipped on the patio on April 3.

CCTV from the home shows the man placing his ladder against the roof and climbing the rungs. Just after he disappears from the camera frame, the ladder slides backward and the unfortunate worker falls back onto the patio.

Julia Santarcangelo told Storyful that her family was having solar panels installed when the incident happened. In the footage, she can be heard asking if the man is ok, while another man is also seen rushing to check if the unfortunate workman was hurt.
