Rihanna’s Employees Made a Piñata of Her Face for ‘Boss Appreciation Day’

How do you celebrate the ultimate BOSS on Boss Appreciation Day?

With a personalized piñata and massive B-O-S-S balloons, of course.

Rihanna's team at Fenty Corp honored the "Work" singer in epic fashion on Monday, with a life-size piñata featuring her likeness, complete with henna tattoos and a hilarious "bitch please" bell.

The 28-year-old pop star acknowledged the prank on Instagram, captioning the photo, "When you don't show up to the office for #BossAppreciationDay," alongside the hashtag "#FiredThemAll." And no boss is accurately celebrated without giant B-O-S-S balloons, which RiRi also proudly displayed on social media.

Work and play clearly go hand in hand at Fenty, judging from the fake "Employee Handbook" Rihanna jokingly shared last year, which features gems like, "Each employee will receive 104 personal days a year. They are called Saturday & Sunday."

The GRAMMY winner is also not afraid to mix business with fashion, as she joined forces with Puma last winter to launch the Fenty x Puma Fall 2016 collection and rocked a rather boss-worthy outfit earlier this week.
