Rihanna Basically Wore A Massive Bow As An Outfit And Made It Work

Fresh off the runway, Rihanna found time Thursday night to throw her fourth annual Diamond Ball charity event in New York City.

The singer, actress, burgeoning beauty mogul and designer wore a gorgeous ― and bold ― white jumpsuit from the fall 2018 Alexis Mabille Couture collection. The lace jumpsuit was accentuated by an over-the-top white skirt that tied into a bow in the front. She added white stilettos and diamonds to complete her elegant look.

Issa Rae hosted the event and was joined onstage by performers Childish Gambino and Mustard.

Rihanna had closed out New York Fashion Week the night before with an inclusive, immersive Savage X Fenty lingerie show. The presentation featured models of different shapes and sizes (including two pregnant women ) and ethnicities.

“I wanted to include every woman. I wanted every woman on the stage with different energies, different races, body types, different stages in their womanhood, culture,” she said in an interview with Elle after the show.

“I wanted women to feel celebrated and that we started this shit,” she added. “We own this. This is our land because really it is.”
