Riggins named May Senior of the Month

MACOMB – Sarah Riggins, the daughter of Andy and Holly Riggins, has been named the MidAmerica National Bank Senior of the Month for May 2022.

Sarah is very involved at school as a member of FFA, cheerleading, Macomb Youth Leadership Organization, National Honors Society, and the McDonough County CEO program.

Sarah has earned an Illinois FFA State Degree and has been named top ten chapter reporter of the Illinois FFA. She was named the Daughters of the American Revolution Good Citizen and a member of the McDonough Youth for Quality of Life.

Community involvement is also very important to Sarah, as she is a member of the McDonough County 4-H Federation and the Scotland Clever Clovers 4-H Club. She worked at Dairy Queen and babysits on the side. In her free time, Sarah enjoys baking, reading, knitting, and showing cattle.

Sarah is planning to attend the University of Missouri where she will major in Agricultural Education Communication and Leadership, with a minor in Animal Science. After which, Sarah wants to work in bull semen marketing and sales.
