Over the weekend Ricki Lake announced her engagement to Ross Burningham. And on Tuesday’s “Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen” she shared all the juicy details about the proposal.

“I was naked in the jacuzzi with my man on the first night that we're in my new Malibu home,” said Lake. “And so it was romantic and very spontaneous and I couldn’t be happier.”

Not much is known about Lake’s new fiancé, who she started dating in June. But the actress and former host said, “He's wonderful. Everyone who met him just gets it. We're great together.”

Legendary filmmaker John Waters was the other guest on the show. While he was happy for Lake, he was not so sure about the romantic setting about the romantic setting.

“I've never been in a jacuzzi in my life,” said Waters. “It’s like a polio pit of stagnant water. That stagnant water with bodily fluids is just too Plato’s Retreat, too swingers for me...but I’m happy you have one.”
