Rick Ross and Meek Mill have revealed the release date for their forthcoming collaborative album Too Good To Be True.

On Tuesday (Oct. 17), Meek Mill posted a trailer promoting the project on his Instagram account, with the scheduled drop date of Nov. 10 being unveiled at the end of the clip. The video begins with shots of various pieces of recording equipment in a blue-lit studio, with the Philly native providing commentary regarding the reunion between he and his former CEO.

“Ni**as ain’t seen me or Ross around each other for a long time,” the 36-year-old acknowledged, adding that the two are back in lockstep, both personally and creatively. “We got back to the business, straight back to the family, love, and jumped right back in the studio immediately. So, y’all about to get that live and direct and what happens. Tune in.”

Elsewhere in the clip, Sean “Diddy” Combs, a past collaborator of both Meek and Ross, shared his reaction to initially hearing the project’s lead-single, “Kobe & Shaq,” as well as viewing its accompanying visual. “That’s when I heard you came and played me the joints,” the Bad Boy Records founder says. “And then when I saw the video, I was like, ‘Yeah, that’s what I’m talking about!’ Even Meek, I was like, ‘Yeah, that n-gga’s bucket [hat] hittin’ just right.’ I’m like, ‘This is refreshing.’ You know what I’m saying?”

In September, The Dreamchaser and The Bawse sat down for an interview with Ebro Darden of Apple Music, during which they announced the joint album, as well as shared its title and what listeners can expect. “Too Good To Be True. We’ll give you that ASAP,” Ross said, adding that the project was completed in less than three month’s time. “Meek Mill most definitely would give you five projects in six months type of shit. We knocked it out quick. I’m going to be honest. This just was a quick vibe. Maybe two and a half months.”

The Wins & Losses creator also warned that his former CEO was in rare form creatively during the making of Too Good To Be True, boasting that he’s rhyming like one of the best rappers in the game, bar none. “When me and Rozay got in the studio, it was all about real energy, organic motivation. This Rozay, I’m rapping next to too. This Rozay, top five dead or alive right now. I don’t know who want to argue with that?” Meek said.

Too Good To Be True will be released and distributed by gamma., the new music company created by former Apple Music executive Larry Jackson earlier this year.
