Rick Ross, D.R.A.M., Lil Yachty, Desiigner, Jidenna, Khalid and Starley will all perform at this year's MTV Woodies on March 16 in Austin, Texas.
Ross will also host the event, which will be broadcast live at 11 p.m. EST during South by Southwest. Presenters include The Chainsmokers, A$AP Ferg, Bibi Bourelly and Young M.A.
Prior to the live telecast, Terrence J will host MTV's emerging artists Woodies music festival with performances by D.R.A.M., Lil Yachty, Young M.A, Bibi Bourelly, MUNA and PVRIS. The festival will air on MTV Live and via live stream on woodies.mtv.com beginning at 8 p.m. EST.
The Woodies celebrate up-and-coming artists that fans vote on across four categories. Voting for the "Cover Woodie," "Songwriter of the Year" and "Woodie to Watch" has closed while "Woodie of the Year" voting ends Thursday (March 9).
