Richard Gere and Wife Alejandra Silva Are 'Glowing' in Rare Loved-Up Red Carpet Photos

As Richard Gere promoted his new film, Oh Canada, at the Cannes Film Festival, he had his ultimate supporter by his side in wife Alejandra Silva.
The 41-year-old marked the special occasion on Instagram as she shared a photo from their rare red carpet appearance, noting how proud she was of Gere.
In the snap, Gere had his arm around Silva as she leaned on him. The actor wore a classic tuxedo with a bowtie while his wife had on a black strapless dress embellished with beautiful pink flowers.Silva captioned the photo, "Proud of him ♥️."
On the red carpet, the couple was also joined by Gere's son Homer James Jigme Gere, whom he shares with second wife Carey Lowell.

Silva was by her husband's side throughout the festival, with the two dressing up at another point to attend the Red Sea International Film Festival's Women in Cinema gala. The philanthropist looked stunning in a soft blue gown with silver jewelry and her hair in waves, while Gere looked suave in a navy blue suit, sans tie.

Silva and Gere have known each other for a long time through their families, but they reconnected after years and sparked a romantic connection.
First spotted together in 2015, they kept their relationship quiet before tying the knot in 2018. The two have since welcomed two sons together, one named Alexander and another whose name has not yet been publicly shared.
