Monica Garcia is going to be a mom again!

The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City star, 39, is pregnant, sharing the news that she's expecting her fifth baby while appearing on an episode of Nick Viall's podcast The Viall Files.

Garcia, who made waves in season 4 of the reality TV show, is already mom to daughters Bri, 18, Jaidyn, 13, West, 7, and Kendall, 6, whom she shares with ex-husband Mike Fowler. This is her first baby with her 29-year-old boyfriend, whose name she has yet to share.

Asked what was next for Garcia after she leaves the reality show, the star revealed that she is seven weeks pregnant.

"I literally just found out," Garcia says. "I have not told one f------ person except for my best friend."

"I literally went into urgent care for something totally unrelated that I thought was wrong," Garcia recalls. "And the doctor came in and was like, 'You're pregnant.'"

Later in the conversation, Garcia remembered finding out the news, saying that she was "on the urgent care floor, bawling my eyes out."

"Because I'm like, 'I'm 39!' Like, there's no way. I'm on birth control. By all means, I should not be pregnant."

Garcia did not immediately respond to PEOPLE's request for comment.

The reality star finalized her divorce from Fowler in October, explaining on the podcast that she met her current boyfriend while filming for the Bravo reality series.

"That is where Heather [Gay] and I shot our snowmobiling scene," she adds. "So that is when I met him. I was like, 'Give me your phone.' He handed me his phone and I put my name and number in there."

Her boyfriend is also an ex-Mormon, which is something that Garcia said the two bonded over.

"I think honestly, we were both in shock," she says of finding out she is pregnant. "But he has been incredible."

On Thursday, April 11, Garcia shared a video on her Instagram confirming her pregnancy news. "🩷🩵 Yes. I already have four girls. No. I was not planning on being 39 and going through the baby stage again, but unexpectedly here I am," she wrote in the caption.

"For everyone making hateful comments and judging me as a mother, immediately deleted and blocked. I will not intake the negativity coming at me over a baby. To everyone else, THANK YOU🩵🩷."

In January, PEOPLE exclusively announced that Garcia would not be returning for season 5 of The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City.

While Bravo typically does not discuss casting, executive producers confirmed the news in an interview with Variety, saying that the cast needed time to regroup. Andy Cohen later, on Watch What Happens Live, suggested if Garcia's exit might be "a break.
