RHOP Season 8 Premiere Preview: Robyn Dixon’s Marriage Is Under the Spotlight

The RHOP Season 8 premiere is almost upon us. Real Housewives of Potomac is finally on its way back to Bravo, and the ladies have a lot of explaining to do about the rumors in the streets. I’m talking to you, Robyn Dixon.

Robyn ended Season 7 with her re-marriage to Juan Dixon, but it was clouded by shady accusations of him sneaking around with other women. Juan has continued to shrug off his brow-raising moves and act like all is fine, but she’s going to have to answer some tough questions during RHOP Season 8.

Bravo released a sneak peek of the RHOP Season 8 premiere that’s centered around the Juan and Robyn drama. Karen Huger has a whole lot to say, as always, about the red flags in Robyn’s relationship. Gizelle Bryant couldn’t even continue to defend her bestie’s marriage anymore. Truly, the teaser proves just why Potomac is the star of the network and why I can’t wait for the next batch of episodes.

In the RHOP Season 8 premiere, Robyn Dixon isn’t giving straight answers

The teaser for RHOP Season 8 is all about the rumors of Juan hanging around with other women. The flashbacks from Season 7, Watch What Happens Live, and more poke holes in the marriage, for good reason. The editors, as always, had too much fun editing Robyn’s suburban home into the Upside Down from Stranger Things to depict the chaos.

Gizelle recognized that while Juan’s drama with the woman and the hotel receipt shouldn’t have happened, her friend decided to move on. As photos of Juan continued to go viral with other women, Gizzy stopped defending the situation.

“The nail salon was a little to much for me,” Gizelle said in a confessional of one rumor. “I was screaming and yelling when I saw it.” She added that it’s just an all-around bad look for Juan.

Karen didn’t hold back at all, as expected. “Robyn is on another planet this year,” the Grande Dame said. “But the truth will set you free.” The clip ended with a scene of Robyn in her home, framing wedding photos of her family. What an ominous sign.

Juan walked into the room to chat with his wife. They kept things vague and casual, as usual, although Robyn insinuated that all of the rumors were affected her. “Sh*t, right now, real life is a bitch,” she said. Juan shrugged off his wife’s feelings yet again as part of life. It looks like another round of Robyn making excuses and Juan not taking accountability. It only reinforces the reason why they should have put that infidelity clause in their prenup.
