'RHONJ' Star Teresa Giudice Gets Emotional While Moving Gia Into Her College Dorm
"RHONJ" star Teresa Giudice is having a rough day because Mama is moving her daughter out of the nest and into the dorms!
The Bravo vixen captioned the entire day from Gia saying goodbye to the family dog to her brother, Joe Gorga, moving his niece's boxes into her new home.
Champagne Pop:
The famous family's monumental moment happened on Thursday, without Teresa's husband, Joe Giudice, who's currently in ICE custody and fighting deportation.
Teresa's last night with her 18-year-old daughter was a celebration and consisted of Gia and her cousin popping bottles of Prosecco.
"Sending these two beautiful girls off to college," the "RHONJ" star wrote. "Good luck girls. I love you!"
Moving Day!
Hours later, Uncle Joe was moving Gia out of the New Jersey family home to the nearby campus at Rutgers University.
His white 4X4's bed was all loaded up with the essentials his niece took to school.
"Bye bye Gia," Joe said to the camera, while Teresa added, "She packed too much!"
Saying Goodbye:
Things took an emotional turn when Gia had to say goodbye to the family dog.
Holding onto the pooch tightly, she hid her face from Teresa's camera as she gave the dog a final squeeze before taking off.
"Mom, get out of here!" Gia said in between sobs. "She knows!" Teresa responded. "She's going into depression."
Sorority Time:
But Uncle Joe wasn't the only mover helping Gia get settled into her dorm.
A group of sorority girls met the freshman and her famous family on campus and used their muscles to unload the car.
It's common practice for members of different sororities to assist new students with the move into the dorms, but if Gia's anything like Mom, she'll want to be surrounded by a tight knit group of ladies.
Grandpa Gorga!
Teresa's dad, Giacinto Gorga, was also there to see that his granddaughter had a proper dorm send-off.
Giacinto has suffered health problems over the years, but looks happy and healthy in the video his daughter captured.
Surrounded by all of Gia's stuff, the group definitely made moving day a family affair.

It wasn't that long ago, Teresa was congratulating her daughter on graduating high school and eager to watch her future at college unfold.
Sharing pics from the graduation party in June, she captioned the shot with a sweet dedication to her little girl.
