'RHOC' Star Vicki Gunvalson Set To Face Off With Ex Brooks Ayers In Court Over $266,000 Loan

“Real Housewives of Orange County” star Vicki Gunvalson is scheduled to battle her ex Brooks Ayers in court over $266,000 he allegedly owes her.

According to court documents obtained by The Blast, the reality star is set to appear in court on December 6.

Back in April, Vicki filed her suit accusing Brooks of failing to pay back loans she provided him. She claims to have first loaned him money in 2011, when they were dating.

In the lawsuit, Vicki says Ayers owes her $184,899 plus $81,652.97 for attorney fees she paid for him in a separate lawsuit.

She wasn’t playing around with the legal battle and quickly hired a process server to track down Brooks.

Vicki was able to have the server personally hand the legal docs to Brooks on May 8 at his home in Tupelo, Mississippi.

Despite being served with the legal docs, Brooks has yet to hire a lawyer or respond to the lawsuit in court. Vicki was recently granted a default against Brooks for his failure to answer the complaint.

She will next argue for the judge to grant her a default judgment, due to Brooks not bothering to respond. The case is ongoing.

Vicki recently dropped a lawsuit she filed against costar Kelly Dodd. In the suit, Vicki accused Kelly and “Real Housewives of Orange County” producers of defamation.

She took issue with statements Kelly made on “RHOC”. She specifically pointed out the comments, “You prey on older people”; “You are a con woman” and “you engaged in fraud.”

The suit said, “These statements themselves are express false statements of fact, and they falsely state knowledge of negative facts about Plaintiff’s work capabilities, ethics, integrity, and professionalism.”

Vicki claimed Dodd knew those allegations are “untrue” when she said them. The accusations are from an ongoing lawsuit accusing Gunvalson of fraud.

The lawsuit added, “In the last 31 years of her profession, Plaintiff has never been sued, is on the National Ethics Bureau with a clean record, has not had any complaints with the Department of Insurance and has an A+ raring with the Better Business Bureau.”

It continued, “By intentionally, recklessly and with actual malice publishing that portion of the episode in question which contains this known falsehood and disseminating it to the general public as fact through the medium of television and to an audience who would have no question that the falsehoods concerns the Plaintiff, Defendants will damage the Plaintiff’s reputation in an amount that cannot be quantified.”

The reality star sued for unspecified damages for her mental and emotional distress. She dropped the legal battle days before the reunion show taped

Kelly’s allegations of “fraud” stems from a lawsuit filed against Vicki by an 82-year-old woman named Joan Lile. She filed suit accusing the reality star of fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, negligence, intentional infliction of emotional distress and breach of contract. The case is still pending.

Vicki recently alluded that she is done for good with "RHOC."
