'RHOC' Star Shannon Beador Set To Grill Alexis Bellino's Ex-Husband Jim In Court Over $137,000 Debt
“Real Housewives of Orange County” star Shannon Beador is set to face off with Alexis Bellino’s ex-husband Jim Bellino in court in their nasty battle.
According to court documents obtained by The Blast, Jim Bellino has been ordered to appear in court on February 27. He will have to bring his financial statements, bank records and information on his sources of income.
Beador is taking step to collect on $137,000, which Bellino owes her in attorney fees after she shut down his defamation lawsuit. The reality star wants to see his finances to determine how to collect on the debt.
Bellino was warned if he doesn’t appear in court he risks being found in contempt or thrown in jail.

Earlier this month, Beador filed a lien against Bellino’s $4 million San Juan Capistrano mansion. The lien will allow her to collect the $137k if the property is sold.
The whole legal drama started when Bellino sued Beador and costar Tamra Judge over comments they made publicly. Bellino accuses them of ruining his good name by trashing his family and business on comedian Heather McDonald’s podcast. His lawsuit demanded $1 million in damages from the reality stars.
Beador and Judge both deny all allegations of wrongdoing. A judge dismissed Beador from the case and awarded her $137,340.25 in attorney fees, which she is trying to collect on. Tamra Judge has yet to be dismissed from the lawsuit.
Jim Bellino’s ex-wife Alexis is celebrating good financial news. She recently dropped $22,000 to pay off a massive Federal Tax lien.
According to court documents obtained by The Blast, the IRS released a lien that accused the reality star of refusing to pay up on a 2017 bill.
