'RHOC' Star Meghan Edmonds' Estranged Husband Jim Rushing To Move Into New Home Amid Nasty Split
“Real Housewives of Orange County” star Meghan Edmonds’ estranged husband is rushing to get a new house built after splitting from the reality star.
Over the weekend, Jim Edmonds posted video on social media showing off a massive home being built. He captioned the post, “When you tell the builder that you have to move in ASAP.”
He then scanned over to show a mansion under construction and a team at work finishing the driveway.
The post comes after Meghan gave her first interview following their split. She spoke to Us Weekly saying she is sick of the abuse.
She said, “I have endured prolific controlling by Jim and it isn’t slowing down. Even when I make an unassuming post on Instagram, he hurls insults at me for a battery of made-up indiscretions. I’m sick of the abuse and I won’t engage anymore — and I don’t have to. That’s not fair to me. He is not my mouthpiece, and I believe the facade he presented is false and manipulative to the public while using and taking advantage of me.”
Meghan responded to Jim’s claims she should be worried about money. She told the outlet, "It saddens me that the father of my children would so hostilely and haughtily say I should be worried about money, even during a time of anger. I don’t see that as putting our children first which has and always will be my first priority."

'RHOC' Star Meghan Edmonds' Husband Jim Fires Back At Cheating Allegations
Earlier this month, it came out that the couple had split after nearly five years of marriage. Things turned nasty very quickly with accusations Jim had an affair with their ex-nanny, Carly Wilson.
Both Jim and Carly came out and denied the allegations of an affair. Wilson wrote, “In the past week, allegations have been made about me which are not based in fact. I have not and never would participate in any action involving infidelity. I consider this a private matter in someone else’s marriage and will not comment on it further. I wish the entire family well.💛💛💛 #BeKind”
Meghan wrote a blog post following the split and spilled all the tea. She said, “Anyone who has lived through infidelity knows how difficult it is to overcome and regain a strong marriage. It requires both people to be all in. It requires the betrayer to put in the time and effort to repair the trust that was broken. To be fully open and transparent. Sadly, that’s not what happened here.”
She even claimed, “my husband was drinking and partying with much younger women, including several of our babysitters, and I found this gallivanting inappropriate, immature, and downright odd …. he started lying about where he was going or who he was going with—and deleting entire text conversations on his phone with several of these young women."
Edmonds ended, “And when I learned of a particular outing with a babysitter, this time, to a hockey game, that Jim repeatedly lied about, I asked him to include me on all future texts with this sitter but he said, “No.” Another major red flag.”
Meghan and Jim got married back in October 2014. She joined the cast of “Real Housewives of Orange County” in 2015. The two appeared on the reality show from season 10-12. Meghan would come back this season as a guest of the Housewives.
