'RHOC' Star Kelly Dodd Appears Unbothered Days After Being Sued By Vicki Gunvalson
“Real Housewives of Orange County” star Kelly Dodd isn’t letting Vicki Gunvalson’s lawsuit bring her down and is living her best life with her new man.
The reality star shared videos of her hanging with her boyfriend/Fox News reporter, Rick Leventhal, over the weekend.
Dodd and her new boo were hanging out in The Hamptons. The two were riding bikes around the town. Leventhal even took a minute to hit a golf ball randomly. They then ran into a wild animal with antlers.
The reality star seemed a bit afraid but luckily the animal was behind a gate. Dodd and Leventhal’s relationship has been going strong for months and continues to heat up.
Dodd appears to be in good spirits despite being hit with legal papers by her costar, Vicki Gunvalson.

'RHOC' Star Vicki Gunvalson Doesn't Know What Future Holds After Demotion
In her lawsuit, Gunvalson filed suit as “Jane Rose” against Dodd, Bravo Network and NBC Universal. The suit accuses the defendants of defamation, libel, false light and interference with prospective economic business.
In docs, Gunvalson lays out her career accomplishments as a Retirement Planning Specialist and President of an insurance and financial services company.
Gunvalson takes issue with several statements Dodd made on “RHOC”. Gunvalson points to Dodd talking about her commenting “You prey on older people”; “You are a con woman” and you engaged in “fraud.”
Gunvalson believes, “These statements themselves are express false statements of fact, and they falsely state a knowledge of negative facts about Plaintiff’s work capabilities, ethics, integrity, and professionalism.”
Gunvalson says Dodd was aware those allegations are “untrue” when she said them. The accusations are from an ongoing lawsuit accusing Gunvalson of fraud.
Back in October, she fired off an email to producers telling them Dodd was lying about her. She told them if they aired the footage it would hurt her reputation, business and livelihood.
She added in the lawsuit, “In the last 31 years of her profession, Plaintiff has never been sued, is on the National Ethics Bureau with a clean records, has not had any complaints with the Department of Insurance and has an A+ raring with the Better Business Bureau.”
The lawsuit read, “By intentionally, recklessly and with actual malice publishing that portion of the episode in question which contains this known falsehood and disseminating it to the general public as fact through the medium of television and to an audience who would have no question that the falsehoods concerns the Plaintiff, Defendants will damage the Plaintiff’s reputation in an amount that cannot be quantified.”
The reality star is suing for unspecified damages for her mental and emotional distress along with lost profits, compensation and loss to her reputation.”
Gunvalson not only filed the lawsuit but sought an injunction against Bravo from continuing to air the footage of Dodd. She pleaded with the judge to grant her motion to prevent any further harm to her business.
She claimed it would have a “long-lasting ripple effect on Plaintiff’s career as a whole.”
The court denied Gunvalson’s motion for a temporary restraining order and did not prohibit the footage from being re-aired. The lawsuit will move forward against Dodd.
Dodd and Gunvalson have been fighting publicly for several months. Gunvalson originally accused Dodd of cocaine use. Dodd denies the allegations and said Gunvalson ruined her reputation.
