“Real Housewives of Orange County” star Gina Kirschenheiter’s ex-husband Matt wants to grill the reality star over her domestic violence allegations.
According to court documents obtained by The Blast, Matthew Kirschenheiter is asking a judge to order Gina to sit for a deposition. He is also demanding she turn over financial documents, including her “RHOC” salary information.
Matt says Gina has refused to sit for a deposition in their divorce battle. The two are set to face off in court in January. He wants to depose her prior to the hearing to build his case.
The two will be battling over custody, child support and the restraining order taken out by Gina against Matt. He claims Gina said she will only discuss financial matters and not the domestic violence or other issues.
Matt wants the judge to sanction Gina to the tune of $5,444.71 for refusing to sit for a deposition
Last year, Gina filed for divorce from Matt following nearly eight years of marriage. She cited irreconcilable differences for the split.
In her petition, she listed the date of marriage as May 15, 2010 and the separation date as March 3, 2018. The two share three minor children and she asked for joint legal and primary physical custody.
Matthew filed court docs months later demanding the court not grant his estranged wife primary custody and checked the box seeking joint custody.
Recently, a judge ordered Matt to pay Gina $10,000 a month in support. Per the deal, Gina has primary custody of the kids and they share legal custody.
They agreed to take one counseling co-parenting class per month together and neither will disparage the other in front of their kids or on “RHOC.”
Both agreed to not introduce another significant other unless it’s serious or talking to the other first.
He had agreed to pay $4,500 per month in child support along with $5,127 a month in spousal support, for a grand total of $9,627. The amount was based on his base salary and gross commissions of $421,000 a year.
