'RHOC' Star Alexa Curtin Arrested AGAIN Only 9 Days After Being Released From Jail
“Real Housewives of Orange County” star Alexa Curtin can’t seem to stay out of trouble and was arrested only 9 days after getting out of jail.
According to court records obtained by The Blast, the reality star was arrested again on August 2 in Orange County. Curtin spent several nights behind bars, and was released on August 8 at 7:54 pm after posting $10,000 bail.
The reality star had just previously been released from the O.C. jail on July 24th, after having been arrested days prior on warrants relating to blowing off court hearings.
Curtin was transported to court after that arrest and had to deal with her pending criminal cases. She entered a plea of not guilty relating to a drug possession charge.
She bonded out by paying $65k, but then clearly could not stay out of trouble given her new arrest only 9 days later.
Curtin has been ordered to appear in court on September 12 or she could face another arrest warrant being issued.
The new arrest is just the latest in a string of legal troubles for Curtin. She has had numerous arrests in the past couple years for drug possession, driving under the influence, petty theft and even keying her then boyfriend’s car.
Back in March, a judge issued an arrest warrant for the reality star after she blew off multiple court hearings relating to criminal cases. The Blast broke the story, Curtin was arrested in January for possession of Xanax and possession of drug paraphernalia.
She was hit with two misdemeanor drug charges after spending a night in jail.
It's unclear why Curtin missed her court date, but it's not the first time she's been a fugitive for failing to appear. Last year a warrant was issued after she blew off a hearing related to three drug-related warrants. She ended up serving four days in jail once she surrendered to police.
The ex-reality star, daughter to “RHOC” star Lynne Curtin, recently went to court with her estranged husband Michael DeVecchio, to file a joint petition for divorce. The docs said they were married on November 28, 2013 and separated back on June 1, 2015.
